I haven’t seen Parasite yet....
Never met him, but I did have some friends from HS that ran "errands" for him back whenHaha what do you know about Shrimp boy? Isn’t he locked up again? I knew some people in Oakland that “kicked it” with him.
Those are great too...you can see the individual rice kernels cooked perfectly.
not rejecting the racism Hana probably went through being half, but a lot of what dude is claiming is also just speculation.
also he said only in Japan do they treat mixed people with racism??????? that’s in almost every country... including the US.

Lol I saw that episode haha. I think he knows people don’t believe in him, almost seems like he’s saying it sarcastically. Not sure if you know him but have you heard of “Wei guh”. He got released from prison when I was in 10th grade I think, supposedly was in America’s most wanted too. He came out more yolked and kicked it in SF a lot. I think he ran with “Ha Jai” too. There were stories of him in Oakland High, one of the most feared Asians there in the 70s-80s.Never met him, but I did have some friends from HS that ran "errands" for him back when
Hes a funny dude, I remember when he went on Gangland to talk about how he was reformed and started volunteering for United Playaz when EVERYBODY knew he was still up to some ****
Brb trying to find a gif that will appropriately capture this moment because I haven't been in this position all week.
I was hoping to catch it in theaters but there wasn’t any around me until after they won the Oscars. By that time I was kinda busy and lazy to make the effort to go check it out.Brb trying to find a gif that will appropriately capture this moment because I haven't been in this position all week.
yo this thang looks wild. im trying to imagine the frustration i'd experience explaining how to use this rice cooker to my mom.
i wonder what that "SLIDE" function is for
$600 I thought I was crazy for pondering over the $400 Zojirushi one.
I aint making sushi at homeRice is more important than the fish!
I haven’t seen much Hmong in the Bay too, most of them are in Stockton: Fresno and maybe Sac. The ones I’ve came across they all seem pissed off but once you start talking to them they’re pretty cool. You still get the vibe that you don’t mess with them though.I was hyped to watch Flags because I thought it was going to be the events of Iwojima scenes from the American perspective. Boy was I wrong. Good movie non the less.
While we're talking about Clint Eastwood movies.
any of you Hmong gangsters?
It was cool. It's just that I was led to believe it was going to be more of a scary film than a social commentary.I was hoping to catch it in theaters but there wasn’t any around me until after they won the Oscars. By that time I was kinda busy and lazy to make the effort to go check it out.
Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it about the inequality of society? I think at first I thought it was a horror movie too.It was cool. It's just that I was led to believe it was going to be more of a scary film than a social commentary.
Would recommend watching it once.

I’m planning to watch it but been getting distracted easily lately.
There’s too many OGs in SF. Another one I came across was Paul Guh, also from SF. He’s more business oriented tho. A lot of the cigs in Chinatown are prob fake Marlboros. He got them shipped from Asia haha. Always wearing Versace jeans but a beat up tee.Never met him, but I did have some friends from HS that ran "errands" for him back when

Which part are you saying he is speculating? Her having to deal with that type of racist treatment?not rejecting the racism Hana probably went through being half, but a lot of what dude is claiming is also just speculation.
