You're right. Jennie is fluent but I keep forgetting that. I like Rose's accent when she speaks english way better than when Jennie's when she speaks english

Lisa is highly competent in english but sadly I don't think I'd call her fluent. I think fluent is when you can speak a language 24/7 nonstop and you're comfortable doing that.

I don’t think Jennie is as fluent as we believe. Her English is a bit awkward and she seems to have a hard time putting together sentences sometimes. Her native language is Korean so it’s understandable.
Rose is def fluent since English is her native language. She has an accent when speaking Korean
