No Homo, V is a good looking dude (big pause)

No lie, I like a few bts songs a lot

I'd never post pics of em though

I like my ladies too much

I don’t think Jennie is as fluent as we believe. Her English is a bit awkward and she seems to have a hard time putting together sentences sometimes. Her native language is Korean so it’s understandable.
Rose is def fluent since English is her native language. She has an accent when speaking Korean
To my untrained ears I didn't notice an accent when she spoke Korean. Is it that bad?

I don’t notice I either but native Koreans say it. No one will know unless you’re native Korean.

I know Korean Americans who are extremely fluent in Korean but when they go to Korea, everyone there knows they aren’t native by their accent

Ahhhh true. That makes sense.

I know tons of foreign ppl who got good at English overseas. They're so competent in English but there's still small things I catch that non native English speakers wouldn't notice.

Rose's accent must not be very strong.

Akira, can you tell the difference between a South Korean and North Korean accent?

One kdrama I watched, the characters was talking about the differences and I was like 'you dudes sounded the same to me' 🤣

Learned about the Khmer Rouge after discovering hers (Ros Serey Sothea) & then Sinn Sisamouth songs a few years back. Beautiful & raw voices. A tragic & under taught time period over here. S/o to the Cambodians in here, the ones that lost their lives during that horrible time, & **** Pol Pot.

Yea that’s easy. They use different words too.

for example in s Korea they call ice cream by it’s English name “ice cream”

In N Korea they call it “ice snacks” but in korean 얼음 과자

That's something I've noticed. South Koreans use a lot more English words than I thought. The Korean words for ice cream, group meeting, psychopath, fan, fork, etc are just the english words in a Korean accent lol.

Here’s a video of a North Korean boy comparing his Korean compared to a s Korean.

edit*

I forgot to say that despite some vocab differences, north and South Koreans can speak and understand each other just fine

Damn North Koreans don't have a word for McDonald's 😔

I'm glad he got to defect

Are the two guys going around eating different foods at different prices still doing videos?
Their most recent season ended a few months ago.

The Asian guy and the 2 guys from buzzfeed mysteries started their own channel called, watcher. Was surprised since buzzfeed was strict before and didn't let people appear on other channels or make their own.
