Since Monday is the 12th that is why it show the 12th because it will acutally be processed on the 12th after the weekend and on a bank business day

Also I just checked my bank account and none of my pending transactions have a date on them. Especially since they don't know for sure what day any given transaction will be posted. It varies from bank to bank and from business to business.
