Probally not but most Ross stock rooms should have all their shoes out/ready to put out by 1030 so i would go and ask or look for new shoes then

Try Marshalls as well.

I know for rugby (we use soccer cleats, only at higher levels do people really bother buying actually rugby boots,) I find cleats for like $20.
