ako, pag may sprain nde na nagpapahilot. my coach in HS told me that it could make your bones(ankles) weaker or something..haha. i dont know but, somehow ibelieved that.hehe.

2009 was an expensive year for us. The different cws of kobe 4 sustained us all year long, mp trainer 1s were a surprise and the air jordans ended the yearwith a bang.
