Donate or buy them in the Market under "Stamina", but like Rawrblackcat said it's not worth using a shake.

Wait now i'm kind of confused... The bigger the property you have the faster your stamina goes up? or opposite?

and how much are ebars and nutrishakes because i got some from donating

the bigger the property means more MAX stamina you have. the more stamina you have = better workouts and slower stamina recharge time.
