Best Steakhouse you have ate at?

Peter luger (wasn't really impressed, but their thick cut bacon is awesome) - nyc

Truth. That bacon was something else.
is it true house oof prrime sf is racist towards minorities? Rare/ rawishw is the only option
Where did you hear that? I've been there and our server was cool as hell. The old bartender telling stories of his younger days while we waited at the bar was cool as **** too.

Arroyo Chophouse in Pasadena, CA

Daniel's Broiler in Seattle, WA

John Howie Steak in Bellevue, WA

Met Grill Seattle, WA

Went there for my b-day a year ago, the peppercorn is to die for.

Winner for me too. I need to go there again soon.

I should add that I like Daniel's a lot, but mostly for happy hour. El Gaucho I'm not the biggest fan of. A little too much (not price-wise, just the whole experience), and a little dark.

How do you guys like your steaks cooked?

Medium well. I've worked my way down from well done. Soon I'm going to take the plunge to just medium.

this. the more cooked the healthier anyways..

as for steakhouses, there is only one.

 i'm not insulted by a well done steak. I just know I dont have to hit the temp on the nose and just pull it from the oven when it's firm. You gotta be careful with the rare+ or mid rare. Can't overcook them. No one is sending back a well done.

Blue cheese and pepper steaks? Gross :x
