i still dont think there needs to be a new cod every year.  Counter-strike was the best shooter for a long time, updated to source years after the OG.

I've always liked Infinity wards versions of COD. I got BOPS2 last year and sold it 2 days later and stayed with MW3.

If this is better than MW3 I will be happy, simple as that.

I did like BOPS1, logged 18 days worth of online play, but once MW3 was out I switched for good

They really dropped the ball for Ghosts IMO, at least for current gen.

Taking out Ground War and other game modes.

Moving back to killstreaks.

I really enjoyed having scorestreaks in BO2.

I've had the game a couple days also, the first thing that I appreciated was after playing an hour or so I realized that not 1 single game had ended early.

Dedicated servers make the game that much more enjoyable.  Gameplay wise its not mw3 or bops2, more in the middle.

This. If feels like a combination of every recent FPS to me. They took a little something from everything.

The maps are way too big and have way too many hiding/ camping spots. Dudes be laying down hiding in the grass and bushes.

Sadly this is true. Amplify is going to be a problem, it has no counter just like sit rep pro.

You can get both for $10 more, thats what I'm doing. 

If you buy the digital download on the 360 for $60, you can purchase the xbox one version for $10.

Gamestop and amazon have a similar deal going but you have to trade in the 360 copy for the xbox one copy with digital you can own it for both consoles.

Also, I spoke too soon on dedicated servers.  I was forced to quit a game because of a phone call and host migrated, I might not have noticed before because I was the host of the games I played.

why would you need it for two different generations?  Once its out for next gen are you ever really gonna play it on 360 again?

As long as the headset can hook up to the Xbox Ones S/PDIF output you'll get audio, you just can't get chat until they drop the adapter.

From playing the 360 version, soundwhoring is back.  I've got Astro's and fully intend on using them with the Xbox One till there's an adapter.

I'm not buying another headset, they delay is basically to get people to fold and pay for what they already have.

Heres the link that explains all the upgrade options including digital.  Also, if your going digital be prepared to download 13.5 gb for the 360 and about 50 gb for the xbox one.  Not that big of a deal if your internet is decent but for some people that might be an issue.

I quickly scanned the thread and didn't see anything about anybody copping the Prestige edition. Would you guys say it is worth it? Plan on using the camera for my motorcycle and snowboarding rides. Or should I just go with a GoPro?

I don't think it's worth it, the camera/paracord look cool, only after a few weeks it's going in the closet & collecting dust. no point really....

for some reason I thought this was simply a COD campaign game... it's like the hype aint even been real this time around.

When has it NOT had multiplayer though

I'm not rushing to get this game though. I still have GTA to hold me over for a few more weeks and I still have to get Arkham
