Cam'Ron - Purple Haze 2 [Album]

Mase foul, how is he gonna drop a diss track while Cam'ron was enjoying turkey, yams, and dressing

Mase was spitting so hard I felt like I was in 10th grade again. That intro wasn't the first time cam took a shot at Mase.

As much as I hate to admit it as a big Cam fan....he got murked and spat on in that Mase diss. Good lord that was hard.

I always hated Mase's music, I had homeboys that would be like "he only raps like this because it sells, but he used to be cold" now I see what they were talking about

I remember that **** vividly

Whole argument off of a misunderstanding.

Dudes were just angry and ready to go at it.

my god, Mase unleashed dragon. :wow:

he even went to genius to explain it bar for bar.

Ma$e just fired the latest salvo in his ongoing beef with Cam'ron and the Harlem rapper hopped on Genius today to break down his new diss song, “The Oracle.” Cam'ron recently went at Ma$e on “It’s Killa” off his latest mixtape The Program by airing out old history and going as far as threatening Ma$e’s life.

Ma$e explains his motivations in the SoundCloud description of “The Oracle”:

I let too much pass and I was gonna continue to let it pass but when somebody don’t stop—I had to just spank him one time.

It was really the point when Cam'ron said he had to kill me. I let a lot of things slide, but when you start getting to the body harm aspect of it, I can’t let that slide. That’s really all it’s about.

Ma$e starts out by sharing a story about Dame Dash encouraging him to beef with Cam'ron in 2004 when he first returned with “Welcome Back”:

He goes on to throw some serious accusations Cam'ron’s way:

The diss also details the rocky relationship between 50 Cent and Dipset:

Ma$e also goes in on Cam'ron’s alleged shady business dealings with Juelz Santana and Jim Jones:

He even drops a reference to Children of the Corn, the group Ma$e used to be in with Cam, Big L, Bloodshed, and McGruff:

Ain’t no unity
Ain’t no Children of the Corn
Ain’t no you and me
Any ***** ever got Diplomat Immunity
Was ****** who ratted or ones who snitched on their community
And thats word to my ***** Big L
On “It’s Killa,” Cam'ron rapped about feeling disrespected after helping Ma$e out:

Got this ***** home and he passed me a hundo ($100 dollars?!)
Told him straight up I ain’t feeling him
Let me curve this ***** ‘fore I end up killing him
Recently, Dipset reunited for their new single “Once Upon A Time” and played a reunion show at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom.

Mase diss was decent. Cool flows, had some bars, love the personals, but had some filler too. I wouldn't call it flames. It was solid.

Knowing Cam, he getting his joint mixed and mastered right now.
