Can you use chopsticks?

Sure as hell seems like they do.

I'm not asian and I can sort of use them. But in the middle of the meal I end up getting sick tired of the effort and stabbing the food with the chopsticks.
 
I could use chopsticks to pick things up and eat noodles... but can't use them to eat rice.

i'm asian so yes....but i hold them the wrong way. i don't mind using them for noodles, but i hate using them for rice because I can never pick up as much as I feel I should.
