exactly. I hate when people use the "it's not real mexican food/hole in the wall>>>S***potle/etc. It's not authentic mexican food and it doesn't try to pass itself off as such.

but I dont know why people praise it so much.

Taste is subjective.
I'm a Master Burrito Ambassador there. Free food and free swag? count me in every trip

We finally got a Freebirds semi nearby (USC and Tustin)..passed by both a few times but haven't had the opportunity to try it yet. I hope it's as good as everyone says

It's a decent spot to me, I go there every once in a while. It fills you up, and in that sense I guess it's not bad. If I want "authentic" Mexican food and choose a fast food spot, I'll go with El Pollo Loco everytime and get the 2 Pc grilled chicken meal

I'm not trying to crack jokes, I'm being serious.
They don't even have brown rice sir, tortillas aren't whole grain either, so what are you trying to say really?
This place is not what it's claimed to be. Healthy or not, it doesn't deliver in any way, shape, or form. Personally, I feel like I threw 7 bucks down the drain. Coulda gone to SF gotten a real, healthy burrito for 5. nawmsayin?

Chipolte is decent, their burritos are very filling despite being 75% rice, beans, and salsa. They be skimping on the meat and cheese. Their guacamole is wack though, waaaay too much red onion.

Anyone in MA eat at Boloco?
Thats place is craccck, but its even less mexican than Chipolte. I could probably eat 3 burritos and 3 smoothies from there when I'm booted. Mad expensive though, but you get a free burrito after every $50 you spend. I used to eat it like 4-5 times a week just so I could rack up another free burrito. lol hustling backwards.
