There isn't a Qdoba where I live. I've had it once. I liked the variety. I like Chipotle but I can't really say it's better since I've only had Qdoba once.

I'd say Moe's is comparable to Freebirds
Chipotle is comparable to Qdoba

That being said

Chipotle>Qdoba
Moe's>Freebirds.
