Just got home. Electric atmosphere all night! A win would've been nice but you'd never be able to tell we lost after the game the way the crowd was on fire. Boogie was in a groove tonight! 36/22/3 and he logged heavy minutes. I stayed for a good 20 minutes after but had to leave cuz my girl had been feeling feverish all day. Can't let her pass out there [emoji]128527[/emoji]

Although I don't post as much as I do about the Niners, I am a loyal Kings fan and always have been. I hope with all my heart they stay because if they do leave, I will be left with a big void that will never close.

Man, last night didn't even feel like a L.... Fans were amazing. 

You need to understand, Arco Arena is literally, the worst pro sports venue in the NBA/NFL/MLB. Like its on par with Candlestick/O.co 

 Straight TERRIBLE

Plus Oracle, even though its pretty old (~50 years), they've done a great great job renovating it.

Hell, I've heard/read that when Arco was first opened it was already dated in terms with the modern arena standards in 88... and haven't even been renovated whatsoever since then... mainly cuz of broke owners with Jim Thomas and then the Maloofs.

Sidenote, last night was a sell out..... Seattle did not sell out their last game (real talk, how is that possible)

I can only imagine all the layoffs that will happen up in Seattle if the good folks in the Pacific Northwest don't steal the Kings. They need to steal this team sooooo much more than we need to keep the Kings.

In all seriousness though, I know the Maloofs have one the yearly layoffs after every season... but you gotta think the Maloofs are struggling to meet payroll.

Meh, it’s to be expected from a team not making any money and nothing going on for the summer. I wouldn’t look too far into it. But it could be any number of reasons.

Hell, the Heat got rid of its entire season ticket staff not long after LeBron and Bosh signed because there was nothing left for them to do lol. They sold every seat.

Sorry, I read it as Kings staff, not arena staff. My bad. Either way, with no NBA basketball, that's fewer events, so maybe they work with a smaller staff anyway?

Ya thats definitely a good point, I wonder how many events Arco actually gets (NBA+everything else). I think it would struggle to get 120 nights of usage a year.
