Yes, sorry for late reply, forgot about this post.. When i tried to buy it that day, it would say: " This item is temporarily out of stock in the options(size/colour/etc) you have chosen. Everyday Pple is a Registered Trademark
under the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

After about 18 months of the application process, and a serious hiccup at along the way.

When I submitted my application, I discovered that a guy out in Cali' had an applicaiton in progress with a Spanish-translation of "everydaypeople".
After months, he abandoned his application...bumping mine up in the que.
