No love for Trading Places??
Thats one of my favorite comedies all time.
I don't know ballerific in here looking like he coming for the title.
Yo I aint even want to say anything.Oh ya'll wylin wylin in here. Got me digging in my memory banks trying to remember how Above the Rim was a comedy.
Still haven't seen one.
That's just what I was gonna reply with if anyone questioned me.off the top of my head, he has been funny in 2 movies
40 year old virgin.. and 1st jumanji
dude like the black jack black to me
Oh and let me not talk about this cuz The Rock don't even make good action or comedy movies like that so the idea of a movie starring The Rock and Kevin Hart had me worried but it turned out good.1st jumanji

The only classic comedy I know Hart was in was 40 year old Virgin and one of the few times I found him funny.
He barely has a single comedy that he starred in that was good.
Kevin Hart probably not in the top 15/top 20 of black comedian movies.
Didn’t really like the OG one tho so...
Anyone catch the Trading Places nod when Lavelle went to the interview? No love for Trading Places??

I was wondering if I heard correctly. Is the dude that interviewed Lavelle related to Mortimer and Randolph?Anyone catch the Trading Places nod when Lavelle went to the interview?

The last few he had on Netflix were not good, not even a littleKevin Hart has funny specials.
I laugh more watching Above the Rim, House Party and Class Act than I do watching Coming to America.
Same taste in movies as music, huh![]()
I watched a review by Jeremy Jahns and he made me think about a couple things.
The movie was never gonna reach expectations because of cancel culture.
Thats why they had to over explain every joke.
Like the creepy sexist preacher?
Couldn't let that rock without explaining its a joke in 2021.
We're probably done with good comedies for a while unless it's stand up.
