what size should i get in chuck taylors?

i wear a size 9.5 in jordans and had to go a half size down

^you got it wrong, you go a full size down, Converse runs in european sizes, an 11 in converse is an EU 11 which is a US 12, hope that works, and theydon't make alot of half sizes.
