A lot of it will be the fact that they will put their lights on and people get out of the way - the car they're chasing is having to weavethrough traffic.

Got caught speeding and was scared to death so I justsped up, got off at the next exit, and went and hid out in some cul de sac for like an hour. Almost flipped my car going so damn fast off the exit ramp.
