Pretty weird this thread was bumped because I randomly looked into this about a week or so ago,

Anyway, I found this Reddit thread that had some pretty good info:



They have pics of the water tank and it doesn't seem that impossible to open the lid on one of them, but I'm not so sure I believe that she went bat **** crazy and decided to actually jump inside of one.

I wanna say a hotel worker was after her and she was running from him and he ended up killing her then hiding the body in the water tank

But she was alive when she got n the water tank. That's the weirdest part to me. So if it was a self induced episode how could she have even gotten up to the roof in the first place

Carmen was reported missing in Feb 2014.. a year after the Elisa case.
