everybody has "free will" if a person chooses to go down that road, God can't give them the good that he has planned for them.  You ask how would God "let" somebody get to that point? It is the person's job to have faith and trust in God enough to know that it will all pass and there are better days ahead. God never promised that you would never have trails and tribulations in life, he only promised that he would never leave you and would always be with you.

Jealousy is a sin...Isn't God a jealous God?

because in this very cold world we live in, it is very easy for someone to believe in evil more so than good

& don't blame God for a person commiting suicide. The Devil plays his roll on people too and its up to the person to choose which way he wants to go
So any person who kills themself chose to follow the Devil?

We have all these rules, and all these occurances of how god is this awesome being..

But when there is *!%!#% up things, tragedy, and injustice you pass it off to something else..

Not entirely but the original question was wheres God when people commit suicide... And nobody said anything about always passing bad things off to something else. God wouldn't tell a person to commit suicide and like ohdannyboy said you must seek God for him to save you. Obviously if you commit suicide you haven't seeked God

faith is a two way street bro...no doubt, sometimes god will test your faith...but hang in there and he will guide you through whatever your facing...i'm speaking from experience here

religious people are usually the ones who claim suicide is "weak" and that only "cowards" take their own life, but im pretty sure they dont consider those who commit adultery cowards.
In Christianity, adultery is a HUGE sin, just like it should be for all other religions, in my opinion of course.

Remember this, God doesnt punish.

...God gave us the power to make our own choices. Some choose to kill themselves, some choose to be lazy, some choose to work hard etc.

Also, you talk about people with cancer?  ..

God is not involved with mankind on that level, as mankind for the most part has rejected God. So we suffer the consequences along with the rest of mankind as a result. Mankind is learning a lesson now; life without God's involvement. In the end though, God does get involved, and as it is written, all tears will be removed.

Birth defects can have many causes, but to blame God is to blame God for what mankind has done; not what God has done.

God calls all mankind to repent; turn to Him, and He promises healing. It is a healing of the mind. Our short sojourn here in the infirmities of the flesh is temporary.

If you turn to Him, He may well heal the one child in the womb. Have the faith to know that, regardless of the outcome, God is still in charge

God is everywhere. Everything you can see with your two eyes. If you can't see God with your two healthy eyes, your not looking hard enough...
