This doesn't make sense. If he's everywhere and can be seen with two healthy eyes if you can't see him shouldn't one deduce he is not there instead of being required to "look hard" (w/e that means, like should I should squint my eyes hard or stare longer?)

Most of yall can't read or something.

OP asked why would God let anyone sink down to wanting to commit suicide.

God has plenty of time to help the person, but he chooses not to. What kind of God would leave a person in torment like that?

there's a lot of ignorance because there's a lot we don't know. thats what faith is about. nobody has all the !@*+%@% answers so when you ask stupid rhetorical questions that are meant to lead an answer such as god is dead or god hates us all, understand that's not the answer a person of faith is going to go with. choose your own road and your own beliefs if you will.

So any person who kills themself chose to follow the Devil?

We have all these rules, and all these occurances of how god is this awesome being..

But when there is *!%!#% up things, tragedy, and injustice you pass it off to something else..

Not entirely but the original question was wheres God when people commit suicide... And nobody said anything about always passing bad things off to something else. God wouldn't tell a person to commit suicide and like ohdannyboy said you must seek God for him to save you. Obviously if you commit suicide you haven't seeked God

Dimwits always look at God from their perspective. I got through desperate dituation....I surivive=God did it

. Next man goes through same situation prays, doesn't make it...ALL IN GOD'S PLAN.

Ten Commandments states thou shall not "kill".
Humans are made in the image of god. THis is why we shall not kill people like we would kill flies, roaches, or cows. Also when we kill other animals it's for a purpose to eat them for food to survive.
However when you intentionally kill yourself you have violated  the commandment as you have "killed" and as punishment you will be sent to the depths of hell. Hell is a place where you will will be for eternity and you will have lots of pain both physical and mental. & once you're in hell you're in FOREVER

& it's actually not God's fault people commit suicide it's their own. God gave them a  chance at life and they chose to end it instead of living through it and as punishment for rejecting god's offer to you he's not going to reward you by sending you to heaven.Instead you'll go straight to the depths of hell which is home to the devil.

Seeing and knowing evil/good doesn't necessarily equate to believing in a "God" or a "Devil"

God doesn't control people who commit suicide. The devil has won their hearts over and God cries upon everyone that dies because of suicide.

or.....the people who commit suicide could be severely depressed to the point where all that could end the agony is for them to take their own life.
nah....the devil or God did it

God doesn't cry over the babies he slaughters during his "vengeful" rampages.

Hey believers, when my buddy battled depression and anxiety issues for three months, finally losing that battle to the voices in his head that told him he was being followed, and, finally, attempting to take his own life by swallowing an entire bottles worth of ibuprofen and slitting his wrists, where was god? God definitely wasn't the one that found him on the garage floor throwing up the bile in his stomach and god definitely wasn't the one that drove him to the hospital to get his stomach pumped.

But what about whites and the days of slavery, they treated killed blacks slaughtered them like animals. So was all those deaths, because they were sinners? Also why is it ok to mistreat and beat and kill slaves? ( I mean the bible does condone it. Infact it says its ok to beat and kill a slave so long as they dont suffer, like live a few days then die) so are you saying slaves suffered for the sins of their african ancestors? And if kids were to suffer/die for their fathers sins then why arent white americans in dire/sufferage poor conditions as a whole moreso then black americans.

Also what about ppl who hunt. Many ppl dont so call do it for food, but for entertainment. Or killing rabbits/mink/lynx/fox for clothing, it is more for status and isnt a nessecity for life. Are they all sinners and going to hell? And also what about ppl who havent been converted/never heard of christianity, like in remote parts of africa? Are the 10's of thousands of babies/kids who die of aids and various other dieases in africa sinners? Or are you saying all of these african fathers sinners?

Were all the babies/kids who died in the holocaust deaths a result of their non-faith, or results of fathers being non-believers/sinners? Katrina/Haiti/Japan and various other unwarranted deaths. What about the seaths as a result of the tuskegee airman experiments? Did malcolm and martin be killed as a result of their sins/non beliefs? What about ghandi?

Just curious what some of think about these certain instances.
