So biggie62 biggie62 , wrightone86 wrightone86 , @zero23 , are you bois back for the Forsaken or what? Is the PS4 portion of the NT Clan revived?

We still pretty much been playing. We still had maxed rank clan every season and all. We’re just not as hardcore as we used to be...for now lol

Myself
Biggie
Prom (PromisedLand)
Zero
DiamondJ
Wavez (dont think he has an NT but been around since early D1)

Frostbite (illsupra) & Boskickz (blaz3n) just came back about month or so ago. We’re getting the band back together :nthat:

Question, does anybody know what’s included and not included in the update? I’m assuming I won’t get crossbows and stuff but is the other weapon customization and random rolls still in for “base” players

Base players can still get random rolls for Y2 legendary weapons you make get from non-expansion/non-DLC loot drops, but you just won't get any of the exclusive loot drops from the expansion and DLCs.

Really? So if I run crucible and a better devils hc drops it’ll be random rolls? I thought it’s only if u have the dlc

So on Oct. 16th, the regular Forsaken expansion will immediately include the Osiris and Warmind DLCs at no additional cost. Basically, that Forsaken Legendary Edition will probably get a price drop as a result of this new implementation.

For the remainder of you guys that remain lurking this thread (lol), I got a nice lil survey style question for you guys.

If Bungie was to somehow cooperate with Sony, Microsoft, and Blizzard/Activision to get Destiny 2 to have cross-saves enabled across all platforms, which of you Xbox and/or PS4 folk would be willing to double-dip and buy Destiny 2 & Forsaken (with the other DLCs along with it) for your gaming PCs.........AND exclusively play Destiny 2 on your gaming PCs from now on?

I'll answer this question first.........HELL YES, if cross-save (or even cross-play) is enabled for Destiny 2, I'm switching all my **** over to PC.

if they had cross platform i'd be back on destiny in a heartbeat. raiding with The Struggle Squad was some of the funnest times i had. Beignet, Quad Jr. and everyone else man. If only we could get back to that good ole vanilla destiny in destiny 2

The new sandbox returned D2 to those good ol' D1 days..............no more double primary bull**** in Crucible, Strikes, and Raids.

You can run a primary, shotty/sniper, rocket/heavy loadout again in any single mode you want, AND it has made the game better overall.

Not to mention the Forsaken expansion is definitely the most content heavy EVER in all of D2

Hi there.........Bungie is FREE AT LAST

Our Destiny
0h - Destiny Dev Team
When we first launched our partnership with Activision in 2010, the gaming industry was in a pretty different place. As an independent studio setting out to build a brand new experience, we wanted a partner willing to take a big leap of faith with us. We had a vision for Destiny that we believed in, but to launch a game of that magnitude, we needed the support of an established publishing partner.

With Activision, we created something special. To date, Destiny has delivered a combination of over 50 million games and expansions to players all around the world. More importantly, we’ve also witnessed a remarkable community – tens of millions of Guardians strong – rise up and embrace Destiny, to play together, to make and share memories, and even to do truly great things that reach far beyond the game we share, to deliver a positive impact on people’s everyday lives.

We have enjoyed a successful eight-year run and would like to thank Activision for their partnership on Destiny. Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce plans for Activision to transfer publishing rights for Destiny to Bungie. With our remarkable Destiny community, we are ready to publish on our own, while Activision will increase their focus on owned IP projects.

The planned transition process is already underway in its early stages, with Bungie and Activision both committed to making sure the handoff is as seamless as possible.

With Forsaken, we’ve learned, and listened, and leaned in to what we believe our players want from a great Destiny experience. Rest assured there is more of that on the way. We’ll continue to deliver on the existing Destiny roadmap, and we’re looking forward to releasing more seasonal experiences in the coming months, as well as surprising our community with some exciting announcements about what lies beyond.

Thank you so much for your continued support. Our success is owed in no small part to the incredible community of players who have graced our worlds with light and life. We know self-publishing won’t be easy; there’s still much for us to learn as we grow as an independent, global studio, but we see unbounded opportunities and potential in Destiny. We know that new adventures await us all on new worlds filled with mystery, adventure, and hope. We hope you’ll join us there.

See you starside.
