crucible without making everybody equal to each other. The limiters from crucible like level not mastering and gun damage all being the same get lifted.

Got a late night run in with

in VoG and it wasn't too bad for our first crack at it. I think 1 has cleared it so he was giving us pointers going through. Got some ascendant energy and and shards, the legendary sniper rifle and the warlock boots. I believe Bobby got the warlock class item. It looks good when equipped. We got right to the glass vault and couldn't beat it. Granted it was 3am EST for me and I had go without my mic at the end because my 2 month old son woke up and I had to put him back to sleep laying on me as I played . Someone else kept dropping connection too.
Plans fell through for the weekend, so I am down to run it some more this week fellas

If you guys run it on PSN this weekend definitely let me know. PSN: Biggie62. I'm a level 26-27 Titan depending what I have equipped. I really want to do VoG and see how it is. I use to raid vanilla WoW before the first expansion and was in a top 100 ranked guild for a solid 1.5 years so I know what raid consists of. It definitely seems a bit more relaxed in Destiny compares to a typical MMO that takes months of practice and clearing to get through an entire raid. And not sheer hours like it took to clear VoG here so I'm down for this. Investing so much energy into a raid is just not something I want to do like WoW was.

Bounties are specific to a weapon, like that one you got is for the fusion riffle.

Speaking of bounties. I'll be on around 9:45-10pm EST tonight. Anyone down for a weekly strike, nightfall or normal? I could use the coins but I need it for two bounties. One for the one from yesterday and the other for the exotic shotgun bounty.

Cleared the raid with my boy and his crew last night. It took a while because they couldn't figure out what to do with the relic. Their designated relic holder was an idiot. I told him what to do with the relic because he wouldn't let anyone else carry it. Once he started to listen and do what I told him, we ended up clearing it. Atheon battle was pretty simple. Most of it wasn't too bad. The oracles are a pain though. Ugh.
Got "Vision of Confluence" Legendary Scout rifle. It's a primary that has Solar damage and can go full auto. I'm going to level it up the next few nights and hope to get the damage up so I can use it in the raid. It does extra damage to oracles too. I want to go into the raid and get Chest/Gauntlets/Boots. Gunslinger is much better than Bladedancer for boss fights in the Raid.

I'll be down for this weekend as well but man that raid was tough. good for our first try but almost raged quit when my friend with relic kept falling off the map
. wasted like an hour or two so ill give him crap for that later today . All in all I was amazed how 6 of us could just come together and get that far for our first time. When it started we were strangers but by the end of it we had some pretty good teamwork going . Laughs, rage, and overall good times were had but I can't wait to beat this damn thing

Destiny def isn't as serious as WoW used to be. I raided end-game on their too and remember the "be at the entrance by x time, have your mats ready, etc, etc." I was that guy that would wait and make a Warlock summon me there and a Mage better have my food and water ready too.
The raid isn't hard per say in Destiny, but everyone definitely has to be coordinated and do everything on time. Call out those Oracles and take out those sniping goblins and Minotaurs and you are good.
Most know I am down to run pretty much anything with anyone, so just hit me up on PSN. Name is the same as on here. I add most from my phone on the PS app when I see them since it is easier than doing it on the PS4.

Yea, my guild was a top 25 US and top 100 world wide guild. I was a Paladin and we were at the forefront in clearing Blackwing Lair, Ahn Quiraq, or however you spell it, and Naxaramus. It was, but definitely too time consuming. Would never do that again, can only get away with that in undergrad.

You and me both man. I had a couple college friend actually flunk out from doing nothing but playing WoW. A couple others barely made it. I have no clue how I still managed to keep decent grades during that time. So many of the older guys would say that they are glad the game wasn't around when they were in college or they would've flunked out too
One of my college friends was in one of those crazy top tier guilds ( I believe their name was Rapture on the Llane server). He was the first guy on our server with the Hand of Rag 2-hand mace at the time. They were always the guild to clear a zone first on our servers alliance or horde.

Nice, I was the only one on the server to get the Corrupted Ashbringer I remember. That was fun especially when I did PvP when everyone was asking what it was lol. It was technically wasted on my character since it would have been a better on a warrior. But I knew that I was quitting once the x-pac came out so it was my Holy Grail so to say.
And yea i kept okay grades. Definitely not what I should have. But I came out okay from it all.

Yo, I might have left once I got to the part and couldn't get to the chest. That definitely sucked for him. Seemed like he would always d/c at the worst time for some reason.
