Fixed an issue where some Vanguard bounties were incorrectly granting credit across entire fireteams - Looks my Taken War move might be gone that quickly
Fixed an issue where Black Spindle had an unintended +20 Attack bonus - Hopefully everyone got at least one

Biggie, I think the light level in IB so low, since the class pieces are still lower level this first go around. Once everyone gets a 280 one, maybe it will get adjusted perhaps.
