Will be at WDW next Friday and Saturday before we head out on a cruise from Port Carnevaral on Sunday.

Staying at Saratoga Springs. Getting in Friday morning, hanging out at the pool all day then going to Disney Springs for dinner at Boathouse.

Saturday, Magic Kingdom 8). Having dinner at Cinderella's Royale Table. Any reviews?

Haven't been in about 10-11 years, very excited.

Any recommendations of a walking sneaker i should get? Haven't really been in the show game in a few years now

Going to DW for 5 days+1 day at universal orlando.
If all else fails i might just take my extremely worn and used asics kayano :nerd:

Best bet is to go with those worn in Keyano’s honestly...If your looking for new though Vapormax’s, Spiridons, and Pegasus Turbo’s been my go to’s for the parks...

Only shoe I'll wear to Disneyland are Ultraboosts. Worn other shoes like Vapormaxes, zoom air, etc...and Boosts are the only shoe that doesn't hurt my feet after a long day of walking thru Disneyland/CA.

I haven't tried Pegasus turbos or reacts so i can't comment on comfortability

Theres factors to this, lol. I've worn everything from new balance to nikes, and it was all dependent on weather, expected crowds, and what else I was bringing to wear. Color wise, no white or light colors if we were hitting a lot of rides or expecting adverse weather. Getting in and out of the rides is a pain if you got white suede obviously. My kids step all over me, so its expected. Dont do it. If it's hot, I'll usually rock some flyknits or something, for obvious reasons. New balances are comfy, asics are comfy. Saucony and Gel lyte vs are the most comfy in my opinion. If your big into shoes, go with something you like, you'll be wishing you brought them when you see a pair you like out in the wild.

I must have done a lot of walking early in life because I believe I have worn IV's around disney, some AF1 another time. Comfortable socks go a long way, I have some socks I have to wear with certain shoes or else they will slide down my foot. Then I have to stop pull the sock back up.

good looking out ya'll, I think ill take a look at what was mentioned, break them in now (trip is end of march) and take the kayano as well!
Last thing i want to be is in a miserable mood all because of my feet :lol

i would say as important as the shoes you wear is planning out your day with breaks in there. at some point no matter how comfortable your shoes are your feet are gonna hurt. taking breaks to manage it will help in the long run, especially over a 5 day period

It may sound narcissistic, but I catch myself looking at my shoes a lot. Not with my head down, though. I have my 10 or 15 Disney shirts, but my shoes are something else. I can have shirts and jean's packed in 5 minutes, then stand in front of my closet for 2 days trying to decide my shoes.

I have a pair of the UB19’s coming in that I think I’m going to give a go for our July trip...

Only other time I tried boost tech was some NMD’s and they seemed to flatten out on me about half way through the day...High arches make my shoe choices a bit tougher though...

Also I agree with that break point recommendation...Definitely plan it out because with project stardust going on, just walking through and finding a bench in the shade isn’t as easy as it used to be...

made the mistake of wearing a gray t-shirt, jeans, and flint 13s during summer over 10 years ago in my younger days. i didn't know any better lol.
now it's joggers or shorts and KDs or PG3s for that zoom.

Just bought my disney shirts I'll be wearing :lol
Our fast passes are booked for the mornings, which leaves the afternoon (after 2ish) to be free to get on more passes and or take breaks and explore. I probably should have taken one day to sleep in though. At least after 4 days we have an "off day" to rest up, and or go to any of the parks we want to in case we didn't get to see or do something. After that its universals. Crazy how it was only an extra 20 for the "5th day"

Booked at the kidani village villa. Pretty damn excited for this trip! Only thing left to do is look around this thread for some good eats and pick out some shoes!

anything with forefoot zoom or full length zoom are great for walking

ub's never worked for me because i feels like the boost stiffens up by midday and the upper is a bit pliable but still too tight for my high instep and it digs on the top of my foot after a while

Jordan 31 lows has been my go to

Kidani is pretty nice you will enjoy it. For long park days I usually got for prestos, huaraches or spirdons. But I have done it in Jordan 3, Lebrons, AM1 etc but you’ll pay for it far earlier into the day
