DISNEYLAND/DISNEYWORLD APPRECIATION!!! PUT IN UR ORDER FOR AN NT DISNEY SPIRIT JERSEY NOW!!!

decide and get them quick, I'm surprised all of the Fridays are gone already and only one date left for the cheapest tix for Sep (I think this might be the only date available with an AP discount too, not sure)

Yes sir, they dont trick or treat in our neighborhood so it's really my kids way of doing halloween.

this trip was my first time at disneyland since i was a little kid and i didn't remember much of it. i've been to disney world also and about 5 years ago, i went to tokyo disney (rode 2 rides and left lol) and my opinion of the whole disney experience was that it's kinda corny.

i've done a complete 180. the whole vibe of happy groups of people (wedding groups with shirts, huge family groups with shirts, little girls in their princess outfits, people from all over the world, etc). hearing about locals that drive there just to eat and chill after work. the incredibly friendly and attentive workers and pretty much zero rude people on staff. i actually really liked cars land. it was straight out of the movie and the radiator springs ride was kinda inspirational. the whole experience was great and i see why you guys are fanatics. i did like DCA better myself.

By DCA, you mean California adventure? You like it better than disneyland? Glad you had an enjoyable experience man.

I didnt really think the tickets would sell out this fast. When i went to go buy mines last week, most of the days were gone! Luckily i was able to grab mines for me and my girl.

Cant wait to go in 2 weeks. I still need to ride the guardians ride.Ill try to post some pics, still trying to get use to my camera lol

Goin early October for five nights, staying at the Disneyland hotel, sucks Big Thunder will be down.

120 days in a year? :wow:

damn, I think I could only do that if I was living 5 minutes away but even then, a third of they year is a lot of visits

and if I were to even attempt to do that, I'd be one of those Disney vloggers on YT or something
It got so bad we were thinking about moving down there, but it wasnt realistic. I have too much invested up here, and it isnt efficient to have to travel for work, as opposed to travel for fun.
bruh for the past 3 years me and my have been debating on transferring there so we could live by disneyland
we have been looking at surrounding cities
even decided on fontana
since it nice big cheap houses
we still in the process on deciding

We dont really leave the vacinity too much, so they made bread from us. We use the **** out the discount. I dont think we got halloween tix yet, i have to ask my wife whats up.
i haven't decided if I'm a do halloween yet
i want to
just not sure
probably won't
since halloween on a monday
we only do it on halloween
and i know this year i cant get it off
so......

Same boat bro, we'll see. Trying to get stuff out now so we can play later. I dont think the kids have any days off in october, but my wifes and i birthdays and anniversary are in october, so we'll be there. But when is a totally different question.

Going to Walt Disney World in October with my four year old son. Hope everything's ok down there.

Disney Parks Sweet Treats: September 2017

by Alex Dunlap, Food & Beverage Content Relations Coordinator

With the official last day of summer approaching, The Ganachery at Disney Springs is preparing for the fall season with some chocolate treats that will tempt your taste buds!

stftg34864782.jpg

First off is a sandwich-inspired PB&J S’more! This back-to-school treat features house-made graham crackers smothered in peanut butter ganache, topped with raspberry jelly, and finished off with a vanilla bean marshmallow that is roasted to order.

stftg34864783.jpg

For those who want to skip the graham crackers and get straight to the fluff, try a Madagascan vanilla bean marshmallow. This bite-sized sweet is dipped in creamy milk chocolate and garnished with a dash of crispies to add that extra ‘crunch.’

stftg34864784.jpg

If you’re anything like me, though, you’re getting excited for all of those classic fall flavors. This year, the chocolatiers at The Ganachery have created several new fall-inspired recipes, starting with a tasty take on a traditional drink–hot cocoa. This classic sipping chocolate is topped with vanilla bean whipped cream and dark chocolate crispy pearls. For the adults, this drink is also offered with a dash of Bailey’s liqueur to add that extra warmth!

stftg34864785.jpg

In addition, you’ll also find pumpkin spice latte-flavored and maple pecan-flavored chocolate ganache squares. These squares are decorated with fall and Halloween-themed designs that add a spooky flair to your tasty experience.

stftg34864786.jpg

Lastly, these spine-chilling skeleton skulls are just the thing to get you in the Halloween spirit! These decadent dark chocolate skulls come in two sizes. The smaller bite-sized chocolate skull is filled with salted caramel ganache, while the larger skull is served hollow. Both skulls are made with 65% dark chocolate and brushed with bronze deco powder.

Be on the lookout for all of these delicious chocolate treats starting September 29 and throughout October at The Ganachery located at Disney Springs!

thinking of going to disnyeland/dca soon. does the max pass skip all the lines?

hypeband @ epcot and hollywood studios today

hope your having fun and enjoy the rest of your stay

thinking of going to disnyeland/dca soon. does the max pass skip all the lines?

just the ones with fastpass which is usually the most popular rides/attractions

it's worth it for the unlimited photopass if you like taking pics or taking those attraction pics

just the ones with fastpass which is usually the most popular rides/attractions

it's worth it for the unlimited photopass if you like taking pics or taking those attraction pics

Let's say I go on a busy day (weekend), would I be able to get most of the rides? including guardian? does it give you the early morning pass too (I was trying to find more info and came across this topic)?

That really depends on whether you can get in most rides, you can only get one fastpass at a time and only for a certain timeframe so you kind of have to be there and wing it and see which rides to go to that is more efficient. I do think it will help you getting into more rides as you can sign up for a fastpass while in line instead of physically going to the actual attractions.

I don't think they give you the morning pass/access during the magic hour, those are usually reserved for those staying at Disney resorts.

If you're going on a weekend, that should help as the park closes later (midnight on Saturday and 11pm on Sunday) so you get there early and leave late and you should be able to hit every big attractions.

Is the $2,400 VIP Tour at Disneyland Really Worth It? We Asked Someone Who's Done It Twice

When visiting the happiest place on earth, you go in accepting the fact that you'll be standing in line longer than you'll be enjoying the attractions. But how much would you pay to have your group cut straight to the front? With Disneyland's VIP Tours, guests can enjoy the most magical day ever free of lines, alongside their own "personal concierge," and with many other perks — but with a hefty price tag, of course.

For up to a group of 10 and a minimum of six hours, a VIP Tour reservation starts at $2,400, and that doesn't include admission to California Adventure. To see if the insane ticket price is really worth it, I spoke with a family friend who's done the experience twice with her family and paid $3,200 for their Christmas-Day trip.

The Perks

"The biggest perk is not waiting in line!" Stefanie Howarth told POPSUGAR. "Your guide will escort you through the FastPass line."

In addition, VIP guests also get to enter the park one hour before it opens to the public — which is pretty awesome — as well as preferred VIP parade seating.

Your Personal Guide

From start to finish, your guide will take you through the park and every ride and even help customize an itinerary for you beforehand.

"The guides are really your personal concierge," Stefanie said. "They will escort you to both Disneyland and California Adventure if you have passes for both. They organize the day and tailor it to your specific wants and needs; they can make lunch reservations and recommendations."

Stefanie shared that the best guides are also park historians who are knowledgeable about every detail, down to the hidden messages in design left by Walt Disney himself, so your experience really depends on who you get.

"I must say all guides are not created equal," she said. "Our first year, all our guide did was get us on the rides. Last year, the guide was fantastic and was a park/ride historian."

Is It Worth It?

"Yes, it is worth it, especially if it's a crowded time of year. If we went during an off time, we would not use one, but on Christmas, it's a must."

When you break it down, $2,400 for a group of 10 comes out to $240 per person, a little over $100 more than normal admission. If you and your friends are paying individually, the cost seems more manageable, especially for all the benefits included in the package. There are also plenty of ways you can save at the parks, including bringing your own food. While it's not financially realistic for every group or family, it is an option to explore if you're willing to drop some cash to avoid those lines.
