To be honest, this is a very interesting discussion.

Yes, I'm totally with you that the Space Jams were not released to public.
But the color has already existed since then.
They did not release them.
In 2000, they decided to release them.
So, IMO, I don't think they are Retro+ because the colorway is not something new/fresh.
