6'1 155 im damn near a stick, the thing is i eat fast food a good amount but i usually don't gain weight and i eat a lot but it might be that one of my favorite foods is salad and i can pretty much live off it (ranch dressing = nasty/worst thing for you)

Honestly losing weight is not at all that difficult. You just have to sacrifice some things that you eat, laying off the junk food and soda. And pretty much do cardio or weight for at least 30-60 minutes. And thats it.......some people do give up easily and thats the prob about losing weight.
