I used to love Fall because it was football season, and that's my main sport. That crispness in the air. The look of the leaves in fall. Halloween, school starting back up. All things I love.

But Summer is my joint now. That being up from 5:30am to 9pm lets you get so much **** done. Got time to get up, work, go someplace, do more work, run errands, play sports, shower, then still have light for a walk and watch some tv.

I get dude saying he's tired of the heat cause in our area (DMV) it is as hot as I can ever remember it, generally. I've played basketball in 97 degree heat with full sun and high humidity and I just soaked it up. I shot around the other day around 1pm and it was 95 degrees with the sun blaring down. I love that ****. But if you have to just walk a few blocks in that heat, it's oppressive.

Like you walk outside at 9:30 pm, there's obviously no sun out, there's a breeze, and it still feels like an OVEN

That's how it be here in Charleston South Carolina. Summers are getting more brutal every year it seems. I prefer Fall/Spring myself.

I wouldn’t say the 85 degrees thing is unpopular at all. Not sure who is walking around wishing for 90+ degree days.

I’m alright with temps in the 80s, but as I get older I find myself preferring cooler weather. 57-74 is around my wheelhouse these days.
