^^Gotta jump on the wagon with that comment...bad news bears man, but those AM 90's look like some straight-up FAKES! I know you got em on the cheap but fakes are worth the cost of shipping + $0.01 to any collector.Originally Posted by DZaster

Did you run it buy NTers on the Legit vs. Fake Check before buying? Did they come with an official receipt from a Nike store or genuine retail shoe store? I don't even collect '90 AM's but seen enough of em to recognize a fake & I'm pretty dang sure these are Not legit kicks!
I've had it happen to me ONCE and never again. The seller listed them as 100% Authentic, so you should be able to file a complaint with eBay & PayPal and get your $$ back. Personally, I won't ever wear, own or sell back fakes, so the only thing I'd do with those is give'em back once you get your cash back! Plus you can score that shoe new right now for around $90 online at several different legit shoe sites...legit ones on eBay should be cheaper than that.
Anyone else wanna weigh in on these? I HATE seein folks gettin robbed by fakes! So LAME how many fakes are out there... Run a Fake/Legit check w/lots of pics right now & see what NTers be sayin, whether they back us up or not. That's what I'd recommend.

Alright...here goes. Dialed in 5/7ths of my Jordan VIII collection on eBay just in the last 12 weeks or so. Here's a pic of all 5 kicks.
Most expensive= Peapods (yup...more than the Playoffs and the Aquas!) = $94 shipped
Least expensive= Tie between the Lows and the Anthracites both about $65 shipped
And to go with my Wheat SC Trainer 2010 Bo Knows football kicks I got new for $59 (not on eBay), I scored these Baseball glove/black ones on the Bay Sunday and wore'em to work today...TGIF! Perfect match to my Bo Jackson baseball mitt I used all through grade school and Jr. high ball! Gonna dig it outta my 'rents garage tomorrow when I stop in...

NICE SCORE on the Bursts! never seen the all Grey/Whites but I've rocked (and I'm mean rallied) in my Red/Grey bursts for literally a decade now and they are about bombproof and way comfy! I'm not a runner any more and never ran in 'em but they were a Ross store pick-up in early '02 for seriously $35!! My Max Air pods are healthy as they were when I bought em back then!
Hey, speakin of Bursts (I know this is more of a care/maintenance inquiry but was surprised to see this particular shoe come up here...) any favored cleaner for'em? I'd like to get mine back in good order and the suede cleaner I have absolutely does not work on these...too light for this synthetic material (where the color is on the shoe). Natural Orange cleaner from Penguin maybe?? Something from Kiwi? Something else? Thanks for the tip if anyone's had success cleaning their Bursts or Airmaxs w/same material!

So totally legit, eh? The Swoosh & paint look pretty rough especially compared to the FCNY pic. Nike musta done a bang up job on that release! Plus u (buyer) got mad amounts of posts so I'm sure u know wuzzup! That said, I'm not a fan but seems like a score on the deal given the AM that it is.

^Carson palmer is an nfl quarterback. There's no elaborate story, he just designed a pair of i.d.'s and they ended up being released.

Nike had 3 pro athletes (Carson Palmer, Ben Roethlisberger, James Blake) design a pair of air max 90s on nike iD as a promotional thing and then they released the three pairs to the public. and it's not like the name Nike is synonymous with perfect quality. they have been releasing shoddy looking products for as long as most people here have been alive. the shoes are legit.

On Jordan XIII Playoffs release morning, there was a dude in line waiting for the doors to open next to me that had those on with the melon-pink (whateverthehell that color is) laces in and while they look fresh and are sick kicks, you'd have to pay me to wear em. Unreal that they're worth anywhere near that eBay price tho. Worth maybe $100 to me but if I could get'em for a $100, I'd buy in a nanosecond to flip em on the Bay!

No doubt these are the best Jordans ever made (my #1 HGs for literally 20 years & running) and you actually bought em w/in a 1/2 size of me but seriously, I'd hafta poop a brick before I'd pay over $250-300 for'em. To me, I'm gonna wear em & while they'll be babied, they're just a pair of shoes in the end but to each their own.
