eBay Buyer Trying To Scam Me **UPDATE PG 4**

UPDATE:

So dude opened up an ebay case and I won. Ebay saided with me

but then this guy opened up a paypal case and I lost and got $400 taken out of my account.
I contacted paypal and they reviewed the case again. they said the most they can refund me is $350. either i can do that or take the guy to court.
took the $350. basically I lost $50 on this whole mess SMH. never selling on eBay ever again.

I actually got got by a school teacher

She ordered $100 worth of product and she filled a claim saying she got a loft necklace instead of the product I shipped...

I had never even heard of the brand Loft..

Because its amazon she won the case.. *Kanye shrug*
This item was shipped to the elementary school she worked at too.

Just took the L and kept it moving

It was actually a 'fulfilled by merchant' order shipped from our warehouse. It was a priority flat rate envelope. The necklace weighed no more than 2oz

Oh yeah she definitely finesse, Amazon always will side with the customer/buyer with issues like that.
