I agree these are so uncomfortable. I have the freshwaters and royal/volt pair which are a sz8. They both felt great in the store but once I wore both of them long after they sold out, I needed an 8.5...I get an 8.5 in the emeralds and fits much better but geez after having them on my feet for awhile they indeed start to hurt.

i wore my pair with elite socks yesterday. felt good to me. also went 1/2 size up so i guess its good since im wearing thicker socks.

For you guys talking about them not being comfortable, the II's are WAAAAY worse. Not even close. Had to buy insoles for my pairs.

my black and reds felt good from the day i started wearing them, you dont feel the air max but you almost never feel air max in nikes anymore, except on the new running 360 ones, but my emerald pair seems a lot tighter than my black and reds, my feet hurt after the first day wearing them but after taking the insoles out they feel better

I hope you are happy with them. Eastbay sometimes send out used pairs. Was told they don't send out returned pairs, but Idk if i believe that. I've got a few pairs of sneakers from Eastbay that weren't factory laced and had rocks in outsoles. Plus sometimes don't come with original box.

ive purchased shoes from eastbay many many times and never once had an issue with used shoes....so im hoping again in this case they come like all my previous pairs have arrived,except of course for the crappy plastic bags they ship in and not double boxed like they should be
