yea they have had two of those. they had one back in 07 from a burst sewer pipe that essentially dissolved all of the concrete underneath...alot of central/south american countries have terrible streets and infrastructure because when someone is given money to pave a road, they spend about half the money it actually takes to build and keeps the rest for themselves. alot of crap material that has to be repeatedly replaced. that = corruption.
