entry level luxury cars.... EDIT: I DO NOT want one. just want people's opinion.

It's always about HP to you

You need to start understanding that is not what everyone wants when buying a car

You got selective reading problem with you.

I CLEARLY SAID da CLA is a transverse mounted

FWD (which means i know alot more then just HP

Like i know da merely 200 crank BRZ makes how

Evwr its RWD) so pleeease miss me with that :lol

Nt needs to respect others opinions in a more civil manner. Half these new threads are people arguing over nothing. Shots are fired then thread is locked. What a cycle

Ok, go do da demographics on who purchases

These, just cuz you dont like da answer doesn't mean

And the common denominator is one guy. You can't expect to get on here, talk reckless then cry foul when cats jump on your wayyy less than perfect life. At this point the thread is done just like any other one involving a ninja argument

Get what you can afford.
this is real answer though

This. I mean, that is why they make them right?

da hemi > entry level luxury

That :lol :hat

Cop an oldskool/classic and ball out. :smokin

Thats more of my taste.

This whole thread is the ego stroke contest. We grown *** men dawg. **** ya'll arguing about what another grown *** man drives or doesn't drive?

Pull ya'll skirts down

They reach for da cheap shots cuz they comfortable

Behind their keyboard.. Simple, none of these pip

Squeak would run they mouth of it any other way.

Sounds like a comprise to me word to da very

Fact that "entry level luxury" sounds oxymoronish.

Over achieving better bang for a buck > "entry level

Luxury" just da whole approach smells like you

Paying more for less, instead of what it should be

Which is providing "luxury features for a better value".

Part of Cadillac's reemergence is taking plush

World class Luxury & offering it up at a affordable

Price range without skimping out or nickel & diming

Da customer.

First of all, the term "entry level luxury' is an Americanized term. In Europe they classify them as D-segment or compact executive cars and it is not related to what one may think of when hearing entry level. A 3 Series and C Class would fall into these categories. Plus the term 'luxury' is very broad and highly variable; it's subjective and the lines between luxury and non-luxury are increasingly becoming blurred and diluted as features once exclusive to luxury vehicles become standard equipment on even small cars.

So your BRZ isnt a underpowered coupe according

To everyone that has reviewed it? Thats facts b.

Everyone thats reviewed it, the car is getting universal praise :lol

But I know I shoulda spent $8k+ more and copped da Hemi

Or I can mod it myself with that $8k

Your arguments about HP are asinine, move on B

Nice thread... been looking for another thread to follow since they shut down the Grey Market thread. I don't know why seeing people argue about personal preferences is so entertaining to me. lol

The BOTTOMLINE is there is nothing wrong with entry level whips

Different strokes for different folks

Like i said you just selectively read what i say,

HP sticks out to you because its obviously

What is lacking in it, amongst a smorgasbord of

Other things, but its for da most part its purpose

Built to be cheap, however doing that shoots itself

In da foot because other manufacturers are offering

A WHOLE lot more for not alot more money.

The obvious insecurity in this thread blows my mind.

There are people who really don't buy "entry level luxury" because they think you're only buying the car for its badge?

Really? Thats what you think? So you're only "doing it" if you buy the top of the line one, or the at least the one that nobody can stunt on you in because of its ticket price?

:rollin

That good old Niketalk logic.

Entry level ≠ entry level LUXURY cars.

Big difference.

You know what I meant

The BOTTOMLINE is there is nothing wrong with entry level luxury whips

Yes there IS a problem when you actually do da

homework

& are more knowledgeable wth automotive

information instead of badge shopping. This thread

Exposes that quiet well. That leasing chart said it all.

so...

from what i gather...

if its not the FULLY loaded version of something... like a bmw 750 or a mercedes s550 or a lexus LS460... there's no point in buying it?

if if you cant get that, then you have to get a... camry? or a chevy volt?

i'm just trying to get the general consensus of a few NTers oon here

also, is there any difference between a FULLY LOADED avalon and a fully loaded LS460? (besides the woodgrain interior)

what about a fully loaded altima versus a fully loaded infiniti?

and lastly, those performance cars (srt8 challenger, zr1 camero, mustang) if they're not being used to their fullest capability, then what's the point of buying them?

i mean.. if you're going to and from work... why buy something that you wont use on a daily basis?
