Maddy buggin dressing like a stripper

Oh **** I guess it did happen. The narration makes even less sense for the pilot.

This whole ep feels fast paced for some reason.

Cassie tripping off Molly. Orgasming on carousels

Kat owning her hoeness.

Nate's dad looking to delete his child porn and not finding it

Nate about to kill and drown Jules :smh: Oh damn, Nate way more sick than I thought. Diabolical. Son legit pretending he did all that gay **** to protect his dad.

No.

Everybody should rewatch the episode now.

Literally right after the scene where Nate's dad bangs Jules and tells her "you're so clean" Rue begins to narrate. They show her at the party where she takes some drugs, the room literally spins, she's talking about **** about to get weird at the party and that she is an unreliable narrator. She literally says that to the viewer.

Then they show Nate kissing some chick trying to get Maddy jealous and Maddy taking Tyler to the pool and telling him to **** her right there. As they begin to kiss Rue narrates "And thats about the time Jules decided to ghost her hookup and bike over to McKay's."

If you were paying attention earlier before Jules left her house there was only one hookup on that app she had planned. She ghosted Nate's dad.

The reason I'm not confused anymore about this is cuz I immediately said to myself did she just basically say yhat entire scene didnt happen? Plus I posted about this on my first post on the furst page.

As far as I can tell, they shot that entire scene to show you Jules is capable of doing this and mainly to connect to the end of the pilot ep reveal that Nate's dad bangs trans ppl which they go all the way in on in the next episode.

If that scene had really happened, then Jules would've recognized Nate when she looked at his dad's phone and saw the screensaver of Nate and his entire family. And I mean to say she'd recognize him when he confronted her at the party or in any of the next episodes in school.

What you're talking about is a completely different part of the ep that is an example of Rue's unreliable narration.

Now if other ppl still disagree, thats fine. Next week, if Jules and Nate's dad (Cal) meet they'll either have that weird awkward we recognize each other look or they wont.

Wrote all this to only be completely wrong

Everything about what happened in the pilot I said happened is exactly what happened.

They shwoed the scene, then 2 scenes later gad Rue say it didnt happen. Only thing wrong is that the scene did happen.

Rly don't understand how Nate has so much power but whatever. **** lookin left next episode anyway

This sort of turned in to a soap opera. I didn't find the episode that great. It was the weakest one IMO.

Shook Ones being Nate's dad.

I thought Maddy and Cassie were imagining those scenes at first.

I'm not sure what to make of Nate. It had Maddy confused just like me. Dude is able to slip in and out of character for sympathy.

Nate's dad didn't raise a winner, he raised a future serial killer.

Can't tell if Nate wants his dad's sloppy seconds after watching his homemade vids or if he just mind f'n Jules to get her to not talk.

For sure thought he was going to choke Jules out or try to drown her.

Maddy definitely wore that outfit because she knew Nate would get mad.

Rue continues to be a bad friend to Lexi.

When Rue thought couldn't find Gia I feared the worst had happened.

Kat letting the carny that was in high school when she was in middle school hit. :{

Him still hitting after she said 16.

McKay is in college and is still worried about what his high school friend thinks about his girl. :lol

Probably had to shut the merry go round down atfer Cassie got off

I’m just giving you a hard time because you were so confident in your theory that you replied a few times with the same point and was telling people to rewatch the episode, when you were completely off

And the ‘scene’ that you got wrong has a major impact and ripple effect on the whole storyline, as you can see in last nights episode. It’s a huge part of the plot that you got wrong

The thing you guys were harping on about the importance of the scene was obvious.

My thing is the writing itself literally slips in the narration that the scene didnt actually happen in the middle of the episode.

Nobody has yet to explain why those lines were even said.

At this point, other than a few others that have acknowledged it in wondering why some of you are ignoring it.

The more I think about it it only will make some sense if some of the more crazier theories about the show are true

**** this show, got me looking up wiki pages for ages and **** like a creep. Wild Thot Hours at the carnival. Didn't realize Maddy was the freak from Mid 90's, now it all makes sense.

Also, how do you mess up a situation like Cassie? What part of the game is that?

Mckay is having issues as a freshman in college so he's worried about what his old HS teammates are gonna say about him being a sucka for Cassie

:lol:I told you man, you just misunderstood the nuances. Ghosted doesn't necessarily mean she didn't show up, she just disappeared.

Does anyone know the song that they are always playing? it was on in the background this last episode when they showed Jules backstory

The song is the first 45 secs. Apparently it is an unreleased song by Labrinth if anyone was wondering.
