Ex LAPD officer going around killing other cops. WILD STORY

^^ Dummy cops still at Big Bear thinking he's up there.

No new victims or info as of now... well at least that I've seen.

has there ever been a killer as prepared as this?

he pretty much told the authorities that he knows exactly which tactics they will use to capture him..

and that he knows exactly how to counter them too.

also, since his beef is with the LAPD would that mean that he doesn't plan on leaving the area until he gets what he wants?

but he did something just as bad or worse by killing innocents

sucks that it deluded his message. But we would probably never hear his story if he just became an activist and nothing would come of it
What he did is a ant hill compared to the mountain of misconduct this is incident is exposing.  The worst part is there are stand up officers like him out there that know that other officers are just in it to legally kill someone, but they sit back and do nothing.  PD's are full of adults with high school teenage mentalities afraid of not fitting in.

that's what it sounds like he was saying in the manifesto. Is there a movie similar to this?

I feel torn about this...

On one hand I not only see his point, but I've experienced racism in the military (which led to me wanting out) and as a kid to an adult and the unfairness of "the system" and it is enough to make someone snap. But on the other hand, a dude as intelligent and having the background and distinction of serving both our country and his community, should have found another way to attack the racist system he hates. While I get that he put a lot of thought into his goals and actions, I don't see him getting the intended results. Not only that, but he's making people who had nothing to do with his grievances suffer. Whether he cares or not, the blood of even the innocent people who got shot today by other police is due to his reckless behavior.

Everyone has their breaking point and I get that. Dude is definitely not a coward or an animal, but all that passion and anger could've and should've been channeled in a different direction and used a different approach.

We ALL know racism, especially from police officers is real. I live in San Diego and no lie, I got pulled over tonight coming home from the gym. Could it be because I'm black, bald, muscular and around dudes height? I don't know. Maybe... But then again, I've been harassed by police before and it had nothing to do with me fitting a "description" other than being a black male. The funniest **** to me is I've dealt with each type of officer he described in his manifesto ALL while living in southern California. (The hard *** hispanic lesbian cop who tried to provoke me and got frustrated because I laughed at her having nothing on me was indeed the worse.) Its not like the system is unaware of itself. I'm positive every dirty cop and racists a-hole out there knows that he/she is part of the problem, but they don't care. They couldn't care less. Killing and picking off a few problems before he gets got aint gonna change ****.

We as black folks know, whether we wanna admit it or not, how ****** up things are and how they seem to be getting worse especially with the rise of ratchet culture and its general acceptance, and we also know that we all are partly to blame for accepting bs from those who hate us and those in our own community that disgrace us daily. I don't see this dude's actions doing much to change other people or their views of us, but I hope it gets a lot of black folks off of their ***** and on their feet to demand change from the system and our own community.

No, we're not responsible for the way other people see, treat, label and oppress us, but we can start investing in us and not wasting our time or money on **** that doesn't help or benefit our growth as a people. I know some folks are gonna disagree with a lot of my rant and my bad for writing my own damn manifesto, but I feel frustrated with this situation. Maybe its because I just got pulled over and have been reading about this all day and kind of knew black men were gonna be hotter targets now. I don't know...

I just think dude really wasted a lot of time and energy by compiling all of that info and then going on a killing spree to draw attention to his campaign. Just seems counter-productive to me.

Police presence on the 10 earlier today was :eek
Seen one every couple miles...

Dude really doesn't have to go as far as taking lives, OD IMO.

yo this is crazy. i read about half that letter; will finish it later. i'd see this movie. but it's real life.

Same has/can be said about LAPD.

I know 2 wrongs don't necessarily make a right but it certainly makes some people learn.
also it helps if someone gets the message out there to stop.. the nonviolent way apparently didnt work right(?)

I don't think killing innocents is okay... but innocents get killed everyday, all day, everywhere, all countries, continents, towns, cities, villages.

This guy is taking action. He has his reasons, he left them here for us to read.

Whatever happens from here on out, I believe him. I'm not saying I agree with his plan of action, but I agree with taking a stand, especially when it's an unpopular one.

Just finished the manifesto, That was crazy to read.

I get alot of what he was speaking in his letter but I cant rock with the actions

Hope this doesnt get more innocent people shot at or killed :{

i doubt he is in big bear as they suspect probably passed the car to someone to set up up as a false alarm

"Those Caucasian officers who join South Bureau divisions (77th,SW,SE, an Harbor) with the sole intent to victimize minorities who are uneducated, and unaware of criminal law, civil law, and civil rights. You prefer the South bureau because a use of force/deadly force is likely and the individual you use UOF on will likely not report it. You are a high value target.

Those Black officers in supervisory ranks and pay grades who stay in south bureau (even though you live in the valley or OC) for the sole intent of getting retribution toward subordinate caucasians officers for the pain and hostile work environment their elders inflicted on you as probationers (P-1's) and novice P-2's. You are a high value target. You perpetuated the cycle of racism in the department as well. You breed a new generation of bigoted caucasian officer when you belittle them and treat them unfairly.

Those Hispanic officers who victimize their own ethnicity because they are new immigrants to this country and are unaware of their civil rights. You call them *******s to their face and demean them in front of fellow officers of different ethnicities so that you will receive some sort of acceptance from your colleagues. I'm not impressed. Most likely, your parents or grandparents were immigrants at one time, but you have forgotten that. You are a high value target.

Those lesbian officers in supervising positions who go to work, day in day out, with the sole intent of attempting to prove your misandrist authority (not feminism) to degrade male officers. You are a high value target. Those Asian officers who stand by and observe everything I previously mentioned other officers participate in on a daily basis but you say nothing, stand for nothing and protect nothing. Why? Because of your usual saying, " I......don't like conflict". You are a high value target as well.

Those of you who "go along to get along" have no backbone and destroy the foundation of courage. You are the enablers of those who are guilty of misconduct. You are just as guilty as those who break the code of ethics and oath you swore.

Citizens/non-combatants, do not render medical aid to downed officers/enemy combatants. They would not do the same for you. They will let you bleed out just so they can brag to other officers that they had a 187 caper the other day and can't wait to accrue the overtime in future court subpoenas. As they always say, "that's the paramedics job...not mine". Let the balance of loss of life take place. Sometimes a reset needs to occur."

If this is true which it is then LAPD is foul and what ever trouble comes to them espcially with how they treat the dead and dying.Thats disgraceful

Do you really think he's done? Seriously? It took them 23 days to find the DC sniper, some average people. This guy is highly trained and intelligent.

Average? Mohammed was a marksman in the Army. Earned the highest rank in marksmanship for a basic solider. That's not average.

LAPD is trying to cover something up, they're killing people that are driving the same car.
sick.gif

this is a crazy *** story... i feel bad for the innocent people that got harmed.

dude really felt like this was the only way to make a point, i kind of sympathize with him but this is definitely not the way to go about it.

the world is so shady and it's sad this is the only way he feels he can make his mark/point.

of course they do, but what is this going to do at the end of the day? nothing will change due to his actions.

that letter he wrote though was :eek -- really feel bad for him.

Yup, and if I remember correct of was pure luck that they were caught. Lived in DC during that time..... Very stressful times.

If you kill just for the sake of wanting to kill, it's hard to get caught
