FAT Shaming

Giving Abercrombie’s history this is hilarious.

They really over there like “We can’t win”

They should've kept out of it to be honest, unless they were purposely trying to be funny 🤣. Some things just can't be forced, and this is one of them. They have a core market that they cater too, and we shouldn't be able to force their hand. This discussion is starting to reach levels of absurdity and it makes no sense.

lets see if Dunkin donuts would ever pull off an ad like that:nerd:

From a marketing standpoint, they've been on some inclusive pandering angle, so they got chicks with beards in ad campaigns and all kinds of **** going on there. I guess the morbidly obese women is where the line was cross.

She explained that she was told to do so for a “fun” video but she didn’t know how it would be used

Wow I never knew bigger girls don't benefit from pretty girl privilege in society

I was once seeing a girl who tried to make the case that being attractive made her life harder, and she got REALLY pissed when I pushed back on that one.

We didn’t last much longer after that.

Did she give examples?

I have heard cute girls say people tend not to take them as seriously in the professional setting. Yea, they are more likely to get promoted and hired though.
