Dam ya Aunt owns Andreas? haha.

Thats my family's restaraunt. My mom and her sisters ran it together. My aunt who told me to speak English was the oldest so kind of the most in charge. She passed away so now it's just my mom and another aunt who runs it.

I used to work caterings when I was younger.

I love Andreas :smokin My parents and I used to go there all the time. I haven’t been there in forever, though.

Might drop by after work if I’m not too tired

Do y’all Vallejo folks **** with Cabalen and DJ’s too?

Never messed with those. Uncle Sams was my ish though. Their silog plates were huge! 3 stars is good too, just smaller portions.

Nice man! I always told my mom she could of opened one of these type spots. Her cooking's on point, but then I noticed it was too much competition in Vallejo. We're from North Vallejo though, we were always short on this stuff unless we went over on Sonoma to SeaFood city. Andreas fire though.

Hah man my mom was always bringing home something from one of the joints whichever she was close to, when she was lazy to cook.

3 Stars chicken is on point. I live in the eastbay off 680 now since wifey gotta work in the city. Concord basically the only place to get filipino food out here. Otherwise its just bland wypipo trash.

Exactly and she was like the head person in charge.

Andrea Foods is the spot. If you're Filipino and from Vallejo you've eaten there, I guarantee it.
Dude! Plenty of times.

That's cool your fam owns a Filipino Restaurant.

Can I get a NT discount on some palabok? :nerd::lol:

Mmmm 3-Star.

It would be funny if we all have crossed paths with one another somewhere in Vallejo lol

I have friends that are on NT. And unless yall changed yall users, I don think its you guys lol.

It aint a big city. Sure we some how know eachother :nerd::rofl:
True, I'm really only connected to Vallejo through my wife and the church I used to attend.

I grew up and went to school in Fairfield, so I was conditioned to despise/dislike all things from Vallejo growing up.

That dislike grew when DeMarcus Nelson took me baseline and dunked on me

yoooo  he was like vallejo pride when he was on the dubs for a bit.

Jahvid Best was one too. Boy was talented, but concussions ruined his career

Fam if I still lived in Vallejo I would have.

As many Filipinos as there are in Vallejo, I bet some of us in this thread have been at the same place at the same time.

What’s that Filipino food spot in Daly City that’s gotten real popular? I bet it’s like a couple thousand DC heads in here

If anyone is ever in Corpus Christi, TX, there is a spot called Kanto. Probably better than anything I have tried/ate in Houston.

I miss living in Daly City for the Filipino breakfast spots near Top of the Hill.

That’s about it lol

while we somewhat on topic, they got some bad ones in the Philippines lol. But they all wifed up to white dudes or filipino dudes mixed with white.:rofl:

Whats the culture like in the PI? I only been there once when I was 17. My family is from a small island along Laguna, so its a couple 100 folks there. We went to manila a few times, but I was young. My older bro says food is good though, and cheap.

Last time I was in Makati the tall, attractive Chinese looking chicks were on the arms of old white dudes.
