It isn't about fashion or "cool" at all...at least the concept isn't...these awaken so many of those small muscles in your feet and legs...

Oh nice, got it. The salesman said wear them a little at a time to get used to them, I'll definitely listen to the instructions they came with and go a little at a time.

A local City Sports carries them, pretty good selection but they didn't have an all-black in my size so I got blue.

These look pretty good. I like that they have Vibram soles as well. I have a pair of Sperry boat shoes with Vibram soles, they make some of the best imo.

a kid in my speech class gave about a 1/2 hour speech on how great these are for you. he actually convinced me to look into getting a pair, my only question is what makes these so damn expensive?
