Foams are such a classic shoe, they’ll never die.

That said, in terms of new cws, they’ve definitely gotten worse and worse. I don’t understand why they don’t just give us more solid cws with OG Royal colorblocking.

No. That’s the 2010 release (made in 09)
The 09 release has more color shift and the mold was much more detailed

IMO, the Foam One is perfect as-is but they could have at least done something interesting… remove the inner most layer within the grooves & back it with steel mesh(AJ XIV) or try a golfball-esq pattern instead of the grooves, something…

This re-do just looks cheap & pathetically uninspired; 2001 $80 Aintposites were telling more of a story these $600 bricks

Even better, they could have just not touched the Foams and instead bring back an old Foamposite-based silhouette from the dead in the form of a new collab.

Imagine an Air Signature Player or Flightposite 3 CDG collab-it would have WAYYY more potential than whatever the hell it is they’re doing to the Foamposite One with this release:
