FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Took off yesterday & today. Left over steak from last night & some eggs this morning. Was a little too ambitious with the pepper.

to be honest chicken > red meat... but im not gonna limit myself to food because i like everything... so im not really picky only when it comes to seafood i dont eat everything
 
beef is in the same category as pork as far as red meat... how is one different than the other besides taste and texture?
 
I'm thinking of something new to try for thanksgiving this year meat wise.

We usually have/ had
Turkey
Prime rib
Lechon
Cornish hens

Might look for some really good beef ribs
