Nah man, that is disrespectful to that steak if you warm it up in the microwave. Nope!
I need a little water in a pan, and a light steam to make sure it is warm throughout and still moist.

Honestly my favorite thing is to slice it up and eat it like charcuterie. Throw it on some crostini with some onion/pepper jam, some nice cheese, some sauces, etc.
