That roast looks bomb and I don't even eat roast. But I want to make it for my family. Do the peppers make it hot?

Not at all actually. Couldn't taste them tbh. I suppose its a background flavor you don't notice unless you cook it without

Damn girl. You can cook.

What’s the recipe for the candies yams?

2lb yams
1/2 cup sugar
6 tbs Brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon, clove and nutmeg

Add tablespoon of water
Add yams in layer
Add sugar and spice on top
Cover
Let mixture boil for 15 minutes on low heat
Only flip yams that are layered on top. Cover again
Flip again and cook until tender.
Take off heat and add butter

Freeze and Orange; use the zest of it next time you make the yams.

Also try out some powdered ginger with your; cinnamon, clove and nutmeg mixture

I was considering using orange juice as I've heard people did that but most recipes I checked out didn't. I'm gonna try that, and add ground ginger and maybe allspice.

If nutmeg and cloves are present, no need for the all-spice

I prefer the zest because it is more subtle than the juice and it doesn't add any liquid.
