If you're making the crust from scratch, make sure you let the dough rise in a warm area for like 1.5 hours. I cheat by pre-heating my oven to like 85 degrees, turn it off, then put my bowl in the oven.

Just my preference...which is why I said I couldn't do it.

I gotta have the toppings/condiments/big part of the bun, on the top. The order is important to me.
