Arepita de yuca
Spinach in homemade vinagrette and balsamic
French baguette and olive oil
Side stuffing: carmleized onions, bacon sweet potatoes, italian sausage, apple

As I posted before I hosted my first Thanksgiving in my new home. Had a good time and everything came out great IMO. My mom made the lasagna, my sis in law made the pernil (pork shoulder), mother in law made rice. I made everything else.

I felt so good, going to my backyard and pulling collard greens (that I grew myself) and cooking/eating them. I felt a spiritual connection to those greeens man

I can ONLY imagine the spiritual bond a person gets from killing an animal and eating that.
