How do you guys season and maintain your cast iron skillets??

Season with whatever oil or shortening you want really. Or buy a pre-seasoned one.

Clean with a scrub brush while it's still hot or warm after use. No scouring pad. Dry it immediately. Light re-seasoning if you want.

I don’t wash mine. Just wipe it out with a towel after each use. Keeps the flavor in there...

Not really, hand wash with a scrub brush and mild dish soap like the other dude said. Dry immediately.
