It’s a small chain. There’s one in the Valley on Ventura and one on Venice in Culver City. Might be one on Robertson in LA too. Signature dish is Garlic Chicken with rice and plaintains as sides. It’s good, but not amazing, IMO.

I work relatively close to Columbia-- usually do HHs in the area, but yeah I love Victoria's. Great beer selection and the apps are good.
