Cultural for sure.cultural or individual ?
You guys really like to pick and choose when you adhere to scientific evidence and when you decide to follow your deeply-held beliefs.
Washing off your chicken only gets rid of any harmful bacteria on the surface of the chicken, which wouldn't stand a chance after cooking anyways.
Afraid of food-borne pathogens from chicken? Just cook it thoroughly. Your stupid vinegar/lime/whatever acid rinses are futile.

Looking past the fact that your horrific grammar makes your post open to interpretation as to what you actually mean, there's a lot to know when it comes to cooking. This is made very much apparent by the fact that people employ practices that create no actual benefit to the end product. What is there to know about what we talk in here? We show pictures of food and discuss it snob Enjoy your chicken juices.

I show pictures of food as well, but I like to make sure that I know what I'm talking about and can help others improve their skills in the process. Just wish I could say the same for you.
So you've chosen the most insiginficant part of my last post and made it the crux of your argument to bolster your position.I didnt care enough to read past you talking about grammar mistakes because that's a true sign of a person not having **** to say so I'm just gonna do this and move along
Is that real lobster? I've never seen a lobster roll sell for under $15.
