I don't eat enough soup so that's what I'm making tonight. Just made a pork/shrimp mix with some lemongrass, chives, chili flakes, garlic, and ginger that I'm gonna form into balls and brown before adding them to a bone broth with star anise, oyster sauce, and a bunch of other herbs and spices.

I know not too many of you in here are about that plant-based life, but neverless, here is my attempt at a vegan Western Bacon Cheeseburger. All plant-baded proteins and crispy onion strings under the bun...baked beans on the side...

^^^ Never seen or heard of fried ribs before. I guess I’m not surprised because people try to deep fry damn near everything, but doesn’t seem like an improvement on regular BBQ ribs to me...

i'd try it tho. crispy pata is amazing, so maybe it's similar
