Anyone got a DP Dough around their way? They closed all of them around here down :smh:

Some of the best calzone I've ever had.
Never heard of, but will hit that one up in College Park sometime next month. Slimming back down to my fighting weight. Grilled chicken, rice, and veggies on the menu right now.
Just went to my usual Potbelly location and didn’t recognize the dude working at the toppings station. Son put entirely too much mayo on my sandwich :smh:
Only dude that doesn't order anything but PB&J from Potbelly. I stopped going when they removed it off the menu.

Preheat oven to 375
Season chicken I used (a special Greek blend my dad makes for me, some mesquite, and a little Himalayan pink sea salt)
In a cast iron skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add 2 tablespoons of lime juice and get it to slightly boil
Add chicken and cook on both sides about 2-3 mins for it to brown.
Put chicken on a plate
Add those same ingredients again along with as much garlic as you like. Slightly stir
Add chicken and spoon the roux over the chicken
Pop in over for about 15-20 mins then garnish with limes

Waa-lah

So this is comfort food for me because it’s one of the like 3 things my Dad cooked when I was growing up. Sautéed bell peppers, onion and sausage in red sauce with pasta. (I used vegan sausage and Rotini pasta this time and it came out pretty good).

For the people that visit Atlantic City somewhat regularly, what do you think is the best restaurant down there? I have been to a lot of them but want to try something new when we go later this month.

Doing something semi-healthy tonight. Making my own pesto to serve with whole grain reginetti, grilled chicken, and sundried tomatoes with some shaved pecorino romano.

Pics to come if I don't throw it out first.

The burger talk pops up here and there and 5guys os my go to, but FatBurger may still be the GOAT. No damn reason why this should've been $15 tho.

Needed some vegetables after such a massive burger. So I made a green bean / collard greens mix and cooked with bacon with plenty of black pepper.

Cafe 2825 hands down for me.

And in the hotels and I have been to just about all of the best restaurants in them over the years, Buddakan in Caesars was reallllllllly good.

In all of my years going to pho 79, I think that was my first time going when there WASNT a long line outside :lol I was shook
